• As soon as you send your payment I will hop onto your drawing asap, You're agreeing to let me take my time to do my work as I also do have a life and have health issues like everyone else, You are free to ask for progress and to see a sketch of the artwork I'm working on for you.• I will always sign my art pieces I usually would give a non-marked version out, But since my signature isn't a giant logo and doesn't go over the whole piece.• I'll also credit you as the owner and commissioner of the character/artwork on any social media I decided to post on, but if a commission has more than one character please provide the social media of the owner of the other character so I can tag them.• Also be aware that my art style may vary with every commission, I'm a growing artist and sometimes I like to change up my art style once in a while to experiment and learn.• I have the right to decline a character if it is; Too complex, the colors clash, the colors are too dark, if I cannot draw the species, or if I'm uncomfortable drawing the character.• Also please note that I only take upfront payment, meaning in full or half at the start and the rest after I show a sketch.• You may not use my work for commercial purposes unless discussed by me.• lastly I don't do refunds unless haven't yet started, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns please ask me.
T.O.S Adopts
• Please rightfully credit me as the designer of the character if commissioned or created by me.• Please inform the buyer or seller of this TOS. It is not my job to track down every person that my designs go to and inform them about it.• Do not sell any of my designs/characters to a blacklisted user!• You may not apply your own selling, trading, or gifting t.o.s onto my designs, to loophole or invalidate my t.o.s.• Please inform me if you ever think about Selling/trading the character away so I can keep track of them or buy them.• DO NOT put them for more money than they were bought for unless there is added art.• Do not copy, steal, clone, or heavily reference my designs, as well as my personal characters. PERIOD.• Do not draw over, trace, or edit the art of the design. If you want any changes to the design, please draw it yourself.• Harassing owners of my designs will lead to you being on a blacklist. You will not be able to acquire any of my designs.
